UK Delivery

Orders are processed within 2-3 working days, our candles /wax melts are handmade by us. Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order within the UK. If we have in stock, we will ship straight away.

All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail Tracked & Signed and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.

You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us.

If you need your candles urgently, please get in touch prior to ordering or add on the instruction note and we’ll do our best to accommodate. If in the impossibility to fulfil the order on requested timing after the order been placed, we will contact you in your chosen communication method to inform you. You will be free to have your order cancelled the order with no charges, and refunded in the payment card used to place the order. Please allow bank processing time for the payment to show into your account.

International Deliveries

We can offer deliveries to most countries so please contact us by email at: info@lateliernammaadi.com for a quote, before you place an order.Due to the complexity of customs authorities in some countries, shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which might cause unexpected shipment delays. L’Atelier NAMMAADI accepts no responsibility for delays, import duties, taxes, or confiscations of any products by customs inspectors or other personnel. Neither do we guarantee delivery time whenever custom delays occur. However, we will try to deliver your order to you with maximum effort.
